Allied Motion portfolio evolved to a standard offer of frameless motors and motor component sets for demanding applications. Relying on decades of experience in automotive applications, our high-volume production capabilities and robust quality management system, certified to IATF 16949, position us as a trusted partner not only for leading vehicle brands, but also for advanced automation solutions that benefit from the same standards of performance, reliability, and quality.
Building on our experience, two new lines of products are available: Frameless Servo (FS) series and Frameless Torque (FT) series. Both are based on brushless DC inner-rotor frameless motor kits (stator + rotor) designed to address different application requirements.
The FS Series is optimized for low cogging and enhanced thermal preformance enabled by a skew stator structure and over-moulding configuration.
The FT Series is optimized for high-torque density and compact design, offering stator-rotor sets that allow application friendly integration into the existing mechanical restrictions.
